We'll guide you through the process of creating Virginia boat numbers when you click design now. Each state has specific verbiage as to their requirements. See the Virginia specific section below. The general requirements for boat registrations numbers are as follows:
Please review your state specific requirements before purchasing identification decals as they do vary from state to state. Our designer is setup to comply with the general requirements above. If you require a specific requirement not in our designer, just leave a comment at checkout and we'll adust your design (no big deal!). Unfortunately Virginia does not have an easy to read guide about boat registration numbers so we must point you towards the state law page which you can find Here.
Virginia specifies that boat numbers be placed on the forward portion of the boat (the bow) on both sides.
Our virginia number kits are solid as a pair with 2.
Your vinyl lettering is cut, weeded, and coated in a transfer tape ready to install. Installation instructions are located here. We have many optional installation accessories located in our accessories section.
They have the best software to customize with your own graphics and save for editing. I tried others, and they didn't come close. The quality of the decals were excellent and of high resolution . Definitely recommend over any other boat decal company
Installation was super easy. I especially appreciate the fact I could get a Les Paul guitar to incorporate into my Port of Call location, bowing to the fact my hometown is Les Paul's birthplace.
Looks super cool and the name is from my favorite B-17
Quick professional service. Met my needs and customized to tge size needed.
Perfect. I was just about given a 1980 AMF Sunbird. The sails are in great shape. The boat is in great shape. It's a 17 ft day sailor. It needs a lot of work on the rigging but I got that. Since I'm in Louisiana, and crawfish are a big deal, the name little fish comes naturally.

Redid the graphics on the fire boat here at Ira Twp Fire Department. The old ones were cracking and gouged.
CF numbers on my 23’ trimaran. Project boat.
As you can see, I got the name and hailing port decal installed today. Thank you the process was very easy to do and looks so professional. This is a 1993 Starcraft Islander 191V that I have just gotten seaworthy this was one of the final things I wanted to do, place her name on her. The name "Bubbles Up" is from a Jimmy Buffett song of the same name on his last a final album.
Install was easy, and it looks like it's going to hold great!!
Fast, good quality
